Q I have lost my e-stationery installation files, how can I get a copy of these?

Q I wish to install my e-stationery on another computer and have lost my installation instructions can I have them re-sent to me?

Q After installation my e-stationery has a double line spacing, why?
A This is most likely caused by Microsoft Word being set up as a default editor, to check your settings click on the Tools menu, then Options, Select Mail Format - In the top section there will be an area labeled Message Format, ensure both of the check boxes are not selected and the drop down box is set to HTML. Click OK. If the problem is still there after you have gone through this process, contact us and we can check your files for you. ____________________________________________________________________________________________
Q Can you link to your own web site from your campaign web site?
A Yes. Simply advise us of the URL (web address) of your site and we will include links to it. ____________________________________________________________________________________________
Q Can you include a link from your current web site to your campaign web site?
A Yes. We will let you know the domain name URL of your campaign web site and you then have your own web developers include this on the pages your wish to feature the campaign. ____________________________________________________________________________________________
Q Can you feature the campaign in your local press, radio or TV advertising?
A Yes. However, you must advise us by e-mail of the advertising media, run dates and advertising content at least 7 working days prior to the advertisement running. You must use campaign graphics that we have developed for you and make no claims that do not meet with our prior written approval. If we notify you that an advertisement may not feature the campaign then all reference to the campaign must be removed. These measure are designed the interests of the public, you and ourselves. ____________________________________________________________________________________________
Q Can you present the prizes if one of your clients are a winner?
A Yes, when possible we will liaise with you in order for you to present the winning prize. ____________________________________________________________________________________________
Q Is there a way that you can guarantee a winner comes from your marketing media?
A Yes. For a small additional sum we can allocate a special prize draw for your own entrants only, the winner will receive the prize you have allocated to this draw. The prize in this instance is usually valued at circa $50-$100. You must request this service from us. All other prizes as scheduled shall be won by supervised barrel draw on the dates scheduled on a totally impartial basis. ____________________________________________________________________________________________
Q Who will supervise the draw?
A We have arranged that a Justice Of The Peace be present for all scheduled draws and supervise the integrity accordingly.
